About the programme
This is a 24-month rotational programme, broken between distinct learning streams. The successful hire will have the opportunity to work across multiple teams in a highly automated and volume–driven environment. You will also be able to acquire knowledge of a breadth of financial markets and instruments as well as develop technical skills such as SQL and Excel.
Teams include:
Fund Accounting
The Fund Accounting team utilise proprietary systems to value around 120 funds daily. The team is integral to supporting the full lifecycle of a fund from an idea to execution and key responsibilities include pricing & valuations, broker & administrator reconciliations, shareholder flows, and performance & management fees.
Operations
Directly supporting the portfolio management and trading systems, you will have the opportunity to build expertise across a breadth of markets and financial instruments. Some of the key responsibilities include trade support, stock loan, operational risk management and asset servicing.
Treasury
The Treasury team is responsible for understanding, monitoring and managing the firm’s liquidity needs, collateral, FX rate risk and counterparty exposures. You will have the opportunity to help build and establish a best-in-class treasury function.

We begin with an initial CV screening
If successful in the CV screening, we will contact you for a telephone interview, lasting around 30 minutes.
If you make it to the next round, you’re invited to attend an assessment centre at our offices. This will include a technical test, group activities and interviews with our team.

We will host two assessment days on the 18th of October and the 20th of November.
