Marshall Wace North America offers a personalized ten-week summer internship experience. Our bespoke program provides high performing, entrepreneurial students broad exposure to the inner workings of our business.

We eschew conventional internships in favor of an approach that entrusts our interns with high value projects and impactful work.
About the Internship
To ensure the success of our interns, our relationships-based program provides highly personalized mentoring, weekly lunch seminars with thought leaders and opportunities to participate in charitable and company-wide social events.
We value intellectual curiosity and encourage students to take time to explore their interests, evolve their skillsets and discover the many functions within our global organization. Ultimately, the goal of the program is to provide our participants with a broad and varied set of projects to cut their teeth on, coupled with the appropriate level of support and encouragement.
This unique experience will enable them to build a strong technical platform from which to launch their career; giving exceptional students a critical edge to prepare them for the highly competitive job market.
