About the Programme
You will be part of a small group of driven individuals joining the prestigious MW Graduate Programme. The programme is non-rotational, so you will gain an invaluable depth of knowledge and will immediately have accountability for crucial tasks, but by the very nature of the Tax function at Marshall Wace, your multi-faceted work will cover a broad scope and provide exposure to all aspects of the business.
You will be supported towards the ICAEW chartered accountancy qualification, and beyond that we continue to support training and development throughout your career that suits your personal needs and trajectory
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for intellectually curious problem solvers who not only seek answers, but also desire to understand underlying the wider commercial context and impact. This role requires a motivated, results driven, and hardworking individual. Our team-first environment emphasizes strong interpersonal skills and the desire to help one another. On the technical side, some experience in finance or accounting may be beneficial but not essential to apply. Our ideal candidate also embraces technological learning. An advanced understanding of the Microsoft suite, primarily Excel, is preferred.

Applications are welcome with a minimum 2:1 degree in any subject with the ability to demonstrate a commitment to a career in Tax and Finance.

We begin with an initial CV screening
If successful in the CV screening, we will contact you for a telephone interview, lasting around 30 minutes.
If you make it to the next round, you’re invited to attend an assessment centre at our offices. This will include a technical test, group activities and interviews with our team.
