About the Internship
Our London office is on the look-out for people who have a real passion for technology. During this 8-week Technology internship programme, you will hone your software and programming skills whilst building an understanding of our business and financial markets. You’ll join a cutting-edge team with the ability to assume as much responsibility and autonomy as you can take on. The faster you want to learn the better – you can expect to work with the latest technologies and get exposure to some of the best technical minds in our sector, all willing to impart their expert knowledge and advice.
This paid experience placement is structured around your specific requirements in tandem with the needs of the wider business; tailoring placements and workstreams to your particular learning and development requirements. All interns receive end-to-end support from our teams – from an initial induction to a performance review as you complete time with us. This includes personalised mentoring, regular seminars with senior managers and key staff, social events and the chance to participate in the firm’s charitable activities.
At any time, you can expect to be working on one or two key projects, embedded in a team that values open communication. This placement is ideal for an innovative problem solver who can demonstrate inventive and creative use of technology. Successful participants will have the possibility to return full time as a graduate when they complete their studies.
